Renowned as Northern Ireland’s busiest hospital complex, the RVH treats over 80,000 people as inpatients and 350,000 people as outpatients every year. Within this perpetually live, acute hospital environment, our dedicated on-site team, led by a Contract Manager and Electrical Quantity Surveyor, deliver operational tasks, project based works and specialist works on a 365/24/7 basis. Liaising with the client, and its specialist nominated supply chain, on a daily basis, our bespoke solution ensures flexibility and the ready availability of multi-disciplinary resources to provide a rapid response including for emergency type works.

Based on a culture of openness, we provide pre-budget costs for all small works to ensure we deliver on time and within the confines of the original budget. All works are delivered and costed under the MTC Framework and in compliance with the PSA Electrical Schedule 2011. Examples of our responsibilities include the completion of electrical repairs, electrical testing and electrical installation works.
