Since 2015 we have successfully delivered in excess of £69+m worth of projects, covering over half a million square feet of retail space, on behalf of Europe’s leading “on-trend” fashion giant – PRIMARK.
We have upgraded, refurbished and reimagined 16 stores across England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
Throughout the five-year partnership we have consistently demonstrated our capacity to deliver multiple projects simultaneously without any variance in the high-quality of our work.
Since 2015 we have developed a close-knit relationship with the “value” retailer. PRIMARK demands exciting and inspiring stores to showcase its fashion offering and encourage substantial sales volume. It is crucial then that our interior finishes match this high-quality specification demand.
Our first store was a 31,000 square feet extension and modification at The Riding Centre in Wakefield. Incorporating new cash and wrap desks, floors, ceilings, signage and mechanical and electrical installations, our work provided an additional 15,000 square feet of retail area and 40% more merchandising space. The Brocklebank Retail Park in Charlton, was completed within 14 weeks before its official opening in November 2017.
The key to our success is a dedicated Key Account structure, led by a Contracts Director who understands PRIMARK’s values and its commitment to expansion – exemplified in PRIMARK’s creation of 1.5m square feet of selling space across nine countries in 2017.
