Cayan

Our sector expertise and professional approach saw us appointed to the two floor fit-out for U.S. company Cayan, a Smart payments company.

The project was completed in the modern, state-of-the-art City Quays 1 building in the heart of Belfast City. The 22,500 square-feet space was transformed into a functional, yet striking place of work.

The office area complements the collaborative style of the expanding international company, encompassing the ideal working environment for both collaborative and independent working projects.

With another tenant, Baker McKenzie, already in place, our detailed Logistics and Disruption Management plan kept the fit-out on target and budget whilst allowing the building’s other tenants to go about their business with as little disruption as possible. We also arranged for deliveries to arrive at night and our contractors to use different entrances than Cayan staff to further minimise any disturbance.
