TfGM’s five-year Metrolink Operation and Maintenance Multi-disciplinary Framework is part of Metrolink’s ongoing, 30-year renewals and enhancements programme.

Having secured three lots for multi-disciplinary, civil and structural, and building projects (working in JV with Engie on multi-disciplinary), we can also bid for ongoing renewals and enhancements across a 60-mile network. Each separate project will have a budget in excess of £2m.

This £100m Framework will play an important role in improving passenger experience and service quality on the largest urban rail network in the UK, allowing light rail in Greater Manchester to once again take its rightful place as a preferred mode of public transport.
