The Regional Construction Framework offers 11 delivery partners, dedicated to serving the Midlands and East of England. We are responsible for Lot 3 – South West Midlands, which serves the South West Midlands area and is designed to deliver construction projects up to a value of £750k. Reaching across Warwickshire, including Nuneaton, Rugby and Leamington Spa, this Lot has been configured to deliver any project type as well as programmes of work for the public sector in the region.

Our services include: new build and extensions, refurbishment, planned remedial works, design and build, buildability advice, risk management, feasibility support, site surveys and post occupancy support. We are focused on supporting the local economy and have committed to tangible social value benefits such as - 3% of apprentices to be employed on every project and 75% of works to be delivered by local businesses within 40 miles of the project.
