In late 2017, we secured a place on the Metropolitan Police Service Framework - Lot 3 Projects between £5m and £10m - which is the highest value Lot of three, and covers building works and refurbishments across London’s police stations.

Spanning a four-year term, we are responsible for the demolition of existing buildings, fit-outs, refurbishments, alterations and extensions, as well as undertaking design-and-build projects. Access to the Framework has also been given to some of the South-East’s other police forces, including Kent, Essex and Thames Valley, as well as the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority.

The creation of the Framework is aligned to the attempts of the Mayor’s Office to reduce the size and cost of the Metropolitan Police’s estate in a drive to save £400m by 2021.
