We are one of six contractors on this Framework, which will deliver minor works and capital projects across more than 700 properties in England, Scotland and Wales including the Department of Work & Pensions’ corporate offices and regional JobCentre Plus offices. The Framework, spanning four years, replaces Prime, the 20-year PFI contract for DWP’s estate. It is also available to other government departments, with its key purpose being to support changes in operations and to facilitate the introduction of smart working practices.
