Workspace FM Marketplace Phase 2 Framework

This framework is broken into the following lots:

  • Lot 1 - Security (estimated value £1.5bn), with two sub-lots for:
  • Sub-lot 1a - Security Services, such as manned guarding requirements
  • Sub-lot 1b - Technical Security, such as CCTV systems, perimeter fencing, gates and access control
  • Lot 2 - Housing (estimated value £3.9bn), with three sub-lots for:
  • Sub-lot 2a - Defence Housing Management Services (National) to provide a portfolio and estates management oversight function for MoD estate, including supporting contact centre provision
  • Sub-lot 2b - Defence Housing Maintenance Services, to provide accommodation maintenance Services on the MoD estate and is split into four regions; South East, South West, Central and North at the Call-Off stage
  • Sub-lot 2c - Housing Maintenance and Management Services
  • Lot 3 - Defence Facilities Management (estimated value £6bn)

Lot 3 includes Hard FM Services (planned, reactive and minor works – multidisciplinary) and is split into four regions South East, South West, Central and Scotland and Northern Ireland at the Call-Off stage.


RM3830 Workplace Solutions Framework

This framework gives all UK public sector organisations in the UK access to facilities management services.

To ensure buyers have access to the right suppliers, the agreement has one Lot which is split into three sub-categorised Lots. Each Sub-lot is determined by total contract value:

  • Lot 1a – Up to £7m
  • Lot 1b – £7m to £50m
  • Lot 1c – Over £50m
