The framework covers Network Rail Western Region and is intended to deliver civil works covering the repair and renewal of existing structures, embankments, stations and rail systems.
This is part of a long term plan to continue the drive to improve rail performance through a combination of robust renewals plans to improve safety, reliability and reduce delays and through improved incident response, efficient track access planning and better traffic management of the network.
