The framework agreement is for the provision of building maintenance works and services for Cardiff Council’s non-domestic property portfolio that is divided into Lots. We were awarded:

• Lot A2 – Emergency/Responsive/Minor Maintenance Work of value less than £20k (North Cardiff)
• Lot A3 - Emergency/Responsive/Minor Maintenance Work of value less than £20k (South Cardiff)
• Lot A4 – Maintenance Work of Value £20k to £100k

The Council manages an estate of approximately 400 non-residential properties including schools, offices and listed buildings including Cardiff Castle and City Hall. Property Services delivers a 24/7 365 days a year building maintenance service through a combination of its own in-house labour force of fully trained and qualified tradesmen and external contractors under a centrally procured framework contract, providing multidisciplinary maintenance services and minor works projects.
