• New build and extension projects

  New build and extension projects improve our clients’ estates. They can provide much-needed additional space, facilitate changes in building use, or support the reconfiguration of areas. Early involvement allows us to help our partners realise these benefits, and to identify and implement bespoke solutions that reduce cost, drive efficiency and enhance outcomes.

• Refurbishment projects

  Refurbishment projects cost effectively modernise and upgrade buildings. They can also significantly extend the lifecycle and performance of assets. Our proven capability means that we provide complete project management, from design through to planning and delivery.

• Off site construction

  Fully aligned to our “Forward Momentum Strategy”, we continue to actively explore, and adopt, innovative ways to move beyond traditional construction methods. In parallel, our Digital Construction Team is shaping our digital journey through the introduction of pioneering digital tools into daily workflows.
  
  Increasingly, we are implementing off-site manufacturing, modern methods of construction and pre-fabrication techniques in collaboration with our supply chain partners.
  
  Incorporating the design, planning, manufacture and pre-assembly of construction components within a controlled, internal environment, our “Just in Time” off-site solutions are then strategically installed on a range of projects.
  
  We estimate that approximately 70% of our portfolio now incorporates some component of off-site manufacturing and/or standardised designs.
  
  As the off-site manufacturing market matures, it is our intention to continue to increase these levels, optimise pre-fabrication techniques and promote repeat design where functionality and aesthetics allow it.

Equally, smaller, less complicated projects continue to be managed effectively through each gateway, benefitting from the full GRAHAM Project Management service, albeit simplified with a lighter administrative process to improve delivery timeframes and reduce costs.
