Teviot Row House, Bristo Square, Edinburgh

GRAHAM Building are honoured to be appointed by The University of Edinburgh to upgrade the Student Union at Teviot Row House, which is the world's oldest purpose built Student Union.

Constructed in 1889, this Category B listed building has many historical features and we will ensure this unique character, history and design is preserved as we modernise the space to meet the diverse needs of today’s student community. We will also ensure a high sustainable standard of construction is achieved to elevate the building to modern-day standards.

We will modernise the café and bar area, to create a new student community lounge, group workspaces, a wellbeing studio and a gallery.

The existing Library Bar, Dining Room, Debating Hall and Teviot Garden, will be retained.
