The Institute of Collaborative Working honours GRAHAM with Internal Collaboration Award

The Institute of Collaborative Working (ICW) has honoured GRAHAM with a prestigious Internal Collaboration Award, for our Tiger Team approach to innovation. Working alongside Anker Schroeder, Expedition, and supply chain we showcased the benefits and successful outcomes of collaborative working, picking up the award at the House of Lords.

Emer Murnaghan, Innovation Director at GRAHAM, said:

“By embracing innovative approaches and working closely with our partners, we are not only improving our projects but also making a significant contribution to a more sustainable and efficient construction industry. This award motivates us to continue pushing the boundaries of innovation and deliver even greater value for our clients and the environment”.

“Borrowed from NASA”

In pursuit of fostering innovation, GRAHAM is working to embed the structured Tiger Team process to drive innovation efficiently. By cascading this process across projects, it is ensuring innovation is an integral part of the GRAHAM way as well as delivering successful outputs that will benefit GRAHAM and the wider construction industry.

Highlighting its success in the delivery of our South Bank Quay project in Teeside. The Tiger Team process achieved significant results such as 47.6T carbon reduction, £230,000 cost saving and enhanced value delivered throughout the project lifecycle.
