Meet Mohit Khandare.

Now entering his eighth month with GRAHAM Interior Fit-Out, Mohit is an Assistant Planner who brings outstanding project management skills to the forefront of every project. His ability to remain calm and positive when under pressure, yet deliver, with no compromise on quality, is an empowering example to all.

To #GetToKnow #TeamGRAHAM a bit better, we asked Mohit 5 questions:

1. What duties does your role consist of?

“To sum it up, my role involves developing and managing project-specific programs, method statements, and logistics plans during the bid phase. This includes collaborating with the Design, Estimating & Bid Managers to create design deliverable programs as needed within the tender/bid deliverables.”

    2. What is your favourite part of your role?

“I particularly enjoy the challenge of conducting "what-if" scenarios to forecast potential issues and the responsibility of communicating the planned intent to all relevant stakeholders. The most interesting part is travelling to different parts of the UK, where I would be updating and reporting the progress on the project.

      3. If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would you say?

        “Ambitious, perseverant and level-headed.”

        4. What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

"Control the controllable and let the rest go. An invaluable piece of advice which has helped me focus on what I can influence and not stress over things that are beyond my control, allowing me to channel my energy where it can make a real difference.”

          5. Where do you see yourself in five years?

“I see myself as a key pillar in the company, adapting to the latest technologies and making significant contributions to its growth and success. I see myself gaining extensive experience and expertise in construction planning, advancing to a higher position in leadership, such as a senior planner, where I am responsible for mentoring new team members.”
