Millers Quay has been awarded 'Build-to-Rent Development of the Year' at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2025.

Judges’ comments

The judges were impressed with how the design responds to the location. They said it has a uniqueness to the place and has sustainable credentials. The public private partnership is unrivalled. It can be a catalyst for other schemes.
