GRAHAM has been selected by the University of Manchester to deliver against its Construction Works Framework.

The reappointment affirms GRAHAM’s position as a trusted partner in delivering construction projects for one of Britain's largest single-site universities, who has been working with the University since 2012; delivering over £36m of projects.

GRAHAM has secured a place on Lot 4, which pertains to projects with a value of £5,000,000 to £20,000,000. The nature of these projects will vary, potentially encompassing the construction of new buildings, renovation or refurbishment of existing structures, or other related construction works aimed at enhancing the university's infrastructure and facilities.

The University of Manchester boasts a prestigious history of academic excellence and a forward-looking vision for the future. Its estate, spanning 850,000 sq m and comprising 347 buildings, reflects a diverse blend of historic buildings and modern functionality.

Driven by its ambitious Campus Masterplan 2012–22, the University of Manchester is embarking on a transformative journey to create a single, cohesive campus environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and sustainability. The masterplan includes the construction of new student facilities, teaching buildings, and research facilities, alongside major improvements to the public realm.
