Graham Building North's Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) project for Unite Students is progressing at pace with the first of 2 cranes already erected at the Abbey Lane site.

Sustainability is at the heart of the Burnet Point scheme - it is the first ever mixed-use residential development of its kind by Unite Students and will become one of their lowest carbon new-build properties to date.

As well as 298 student bedrooms across cluster and studio flats, with communal spaces and accessible landscaped roof areas, Burnet Point will also provide 66 flats for rent, including 17 affordable units.
