Working with National Highways, we are delighted to share that the M25 junction 28 scheme has hit two significant milestones, marking incredible progress on this improvement scheme.
We have successfully positioned, six 70-meter beams between the M25 and A12 for the new Grove Bridge. With the beams creating the foundation of the Grove Bridge Road deck, supporting the new loop road beneath Maylands Bridge, forming part of the new A12 eastbound off-slip, which is currently under construction.
Overcoming challenges with overhead power cables, our team utilised innovative modular transporters for safe and efficient installation.
Additionally, the installation of eight large pre-cast concrete sections for the new Weald Brook culvert was essential for widening the M25 entry slip road.
The seamless operation was completed ahead of schedule, allowing for an early reopening of the M25, minimising disruption for road users.
The ongoing scheme will improve the flow of traffic, providing a safer and more integrated network for everyone.
