Emer Murnaghan
Innovation Director
A civil engineer by profession, Emer has developed the G-evolution business improvement program at GRAHAM, been instrumental in developing responsible sustainable business practices and is an original founder of the GRAHAM Academy programme. As Innovation Director, she has developed the ‘Tiger Team’ approach to challenges within the industry by selecting experts from across the GRAHAM business and supply chain to work collaboratively towards best practice outcomes.
She currently holds the role of Chair of ICE NI and Vice Chair of Engineering Council. Emer’s work within GRAHAM and in the broader engineering community highlights her absolute commitment to innovation, sustainability and inclusivity.
Peter Reavey
Regional Director – Building
A qualified civil engineer, Peter joined GRAHAM in 2006, where he has progressed from Contracts Manager to his current role of Regional Director in Building.
Peter’s work spans numerous sectors, notably Healthcare, Residential, and Education. From managing multimillion-pound projects to overseeing strategic initiatives exceeding £100m, Peter thrives on the challenges that these complex projects can offer.
Lorraine Harrison
Director of IT Services
Lorraine, an IT professional with extensive global experience, joined GRAHAM in 2016. Her passion for driving business and IT collaboration to deliver operational efficiencies has been instrumental in enhancing our IT function.
Under Lorraine’s leadership, GRAHAM has obtained significant certifications in areas such as building information modelling, information security, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
In recognition of our business-focused digital maturity initiative, GRAHAM IT received the 2023 Digital Contractor of the Year award.
